Inc. shall have the right to enter upon such premises where the
equipment may be located and retake possession thereof without notice,
free from any claims of Customer. The products purchased by Customer
are guaranteed to be free of any and all defects in material and
workmanship for a period of twelve months (or manufacturers stated
charge, repair or replace during working hours any parts or equipment
found to be defective. Deposit is not refundable. INTERNET TERMS OF
USE, INC. DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES IN RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT,
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ALL
WARRANTIES SHALL BE VOID AS TO EQUIPMENT DAMAGED OR RENDERED
PERSONNEL, MISUSE, THEFT, VANDALISM, WATER, FIRE, LIGHTNING, OR OTHER
PERIL, OR MOVING, REPAIR, RELOCATION OR ALTERATION NOT AUTHORIZED BY
LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FROM ANY CAUSES.
PROPERTY DAMAGE, EXCEPT SUCH AS IS CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF INTERNET

exchanges are. All sales are final.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged at any time during the
manufacturers product warranty period stated clearly on documentation
within the product packaging and/or on product details in the shopping

an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within manufacturers
stated warranty period from purchase date.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in
shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are
shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a
shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
