SALES POLICY
Customer agrees that Internet Terms of Use, Inc. shall retain title to
sold equipment until the full amount of the purchase price is paid by
Customer, or in the case of lease option, until Internet Terms of Use,
Inc. receives the full amount of the purchase price from the approved
leasing company. In the event Customer shall default in payment of any
installment on account of the purchase price, Internet Terms of Use,
Inc. shall have the right to enter upon such premises where the
equipment may be located and retake possession thereof without notice,
free from any claims of Customer. The products purchased by Customer
are guaranteed to be free of any and all defects in material and
workmanship for a period of twelve months (or manufacturers stated
warranty) from date of order. Internet Terms of Use, Inc. will, without
charge, repair or replace during working hours any parts or equipment
found to be defective. Deposit is not refundable. INTERNET TERMS OF
USE, INC. DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES IN RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT,
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ALL
WARRANTIES SHALL BE VOID AS TO EQUIPMENT DAMAGED OR RENDERED
UNSERVICEABLE BY NEGLIGENCE OF NON-INTERNET TERMS OF USE, INC.
PERSONNEL, MISUSE, THEFT, VANDALISM, WATER, FIRE, LIGHTNING, OR OTHER
PERIL, OR MOVING, REPAIR, RELOCATION OR ALTERATION NOT AUTHORIZED BY
INTERNET TERMS OF USE, INC.. INTERNET TERMS OF USE, INC. SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FROM ANY CAUSES.
INTERNET TERMS OF USE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR
PROPERTY DAMAGE, EXCEPT SUCH AS IS CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF INTERNET
TERMS OF USE, INC. EMPLOYEES.
REFUND POLICY
Internet Terms of Use, Inc. warrants products against manufacturers
defects. Product refunds are not available however product for product
exchanges are. All sales are final.
WARRANTY POLICY
Defective merchandise may be exchanged at any time during the
manufacturers product warranty period stated clearly on documentation
within the product packaging and/or on product details in the shopping
cart. Please call customer service at 520-885-3838, in advance to obtain
an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within manufacturers
stated warranty period from purchase date.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in
shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are
shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a
shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Procedure
You must contact our tech support team first to determine whether the
item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return
merchandise authorization (RMA) request. You may contact our tech
